Slow And Steady Wins The Race

So three weeks in, the weight loss is not where I would like it to be but I have lost almost 5 inches now and my clothes are fitting better. Wearing jeans I could not wear a year ago!

My eating is good because I am learning how to control portions…

I must say I am loving the classes at the Y. Especially Zumba!

Moving along slow and steady. Long term I feel like this will be a huge benefit!
