We are in the middle of Week 5. Last night was team meeting and weigh in night. Apparently, I am loosing and finding the same 2.4 pounds. Since this week was loosing it, I hope I loose it for good. As in I have evicted those pounds. They are not welcome here any longer. The welcome mat has been removed completely. It’s time to get rid of more of her “fat” friends. I have too much to do and can’t keep carrying them around with me.
However, I do find that I have more energy during the day. It feels amazing to not have to sit down every 10 minutes to rest. I’m building strength too. I lifted a 5 gallon bucket of paint and popped it into my buggy at Walmart. I don’t know what they weigh, but I did it. Woo Hoo!
Pardon me y’all, our lab pup is wanting to play… (another perk- she tires out first) She thought I wanted her tennis ball. Um… no thanks Mae; it’s slobbery. Be loved Y’all!!

As President of your fan club and your biggest fan you’re doing a great Lisa. Keep it up the good. Swimming pool, gym, Zumba, TRX, Boot Camp. Makes me tired just thinking about it. Proud of you.
