Well it looks like the hard work and eating healthy is really starting to pay off. I am feeling better and better each day. I find myself thinking clearly and I have much more energy and I’ve only been on this journey for a month now. My goal is to lose 20 pounds in the month of March. In April I would like to lose 15 and then 10 pounds each month after that until I reach target weight of 180 lbs. I’m hoping to be there by the end of the year.
