Water Week

As water pours freely from the heavens and seems to flow endlessly.

I have outlined habits I am going to target in the next eleven weeks. I will try my best to work on improving that quality and be more of an overcomer.  You know my first week was COFFEE.  I have not had it since February 1st.  I had the killer headache for three days but when the fog lifted. I started trekking to the gym.  The workouts really help me break through the reckage. Put off a habit and put on a new one.

This week it is WATER week.  Refreshing, hydrating, thirst-quenching water. I start each day with a glass with half a lemon squeezed in it. I set a reminder to fill up at 8, 11, 1, 4 and 8 again.

Drinking Water Helps Maintain the Balance of Body Fluids. Your body is composed of about 50-65% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.
